Employee Hiring Process


1. Employee Application

Applicants can visit our website and apply for a job.

2. Face-to-Face Interview

Office staff will reach out to applicants to schedule a face-to-face interview.

3. User Registration

Office staff will reach to applicants to complete user registration after Interview. Have your email ready for registration

4. Applicant Authorization

After the interview, applicants must complete the Applicant Authorization form for report generation.

5. Hiring Package

Applicants must complete the Hiring Package.

6. Policy & Procedures Package

Applicants must complete the Policy & Procedures package.

7. In-House Competency Training

Applicants must register and complete assigned compliance training courses.

  • Click Enrolled Courses from the menu.
  • Click Start Learning.
  • Click Mark as Complete as you progress.
  • Complete the evaluation test and acknowledgement at the end.
  • After 100% completion, click View Certificate and email it to contact@alkashc.com.

Employment Forms

Applicants must complete the Employment Forms before starting a Job

Print the forms and completed it. Office will help you on filling out the form.

  • Complete the Employment Verification(I9)
  • Complete the W-4
  • Complete the Local Earned Income Tax Withholding
