To ensure timely and accurate communication, caregivers must provide valid contact details and acknowledge the following policy.

Alkas Home Care Services, LLC will use 53328 as outgoing SMS number to send text messages through the HHA eXchange system using the provided contact information.
Please save 53328 Number as “Alkas Notification Contact” so you will not miss Alkas’s important notification.
Message Content
Messages will pertain exclusively to work and employment matters; personal or unrelated content will not be sent.
Frequency of Messages
Messages may be distributed periodically or as needed, including urgent or time-sensitive notifications based on agency requirements.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Your contact information will be used solely for employment-related communications. The agency will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information but is not responsible for any carrier fees or data charges.
Opt-Out Procedure
You may revoke your consent at any time by providing written notice to Alkas Home Care Services, LLC via email (contact@alkashc.com) or by writing to Alkas Home Care Services LLC (470 Streets Run Rd, Suite 203, Pittsburgh, PA 15236). Revocation will be processed by the next business day, after which you will no longer receive text messages through the HHA eXchange system.
